What should I wear / bring?

PLEASE BRING A MAT if you have one (not necessary for Tasters and I always have a couple available in each class, but it's first come, first served).

It's more hygienic to have your own mat!

WEAR bare feet or socks - sometimes the non-slip ones are useful, and comfortable clothing (but not too baggy please) i.e. leggings and a slim fitting T-shirt

BRING a small bottle of water and a small towel, in the summer months especially

BRING a positive attitude and mindset - it helps with everything! 🙂

and lastly, don't forget to bring your advance payment please!

What if I cannot book my maintenance class a whole month in advance?

If you are unable to book maintenance classes a whole month in advance, please add 'drop in' classes to your cart, for the number of sessions you are able to attend.
